The first day of the West Somerset Railway Spring Steam Spectacular proved to be a trying day for the volunteers and staff of the railway as lineside fires delayed services through the day.
However, this presented an unforeseen photographic opportunity towards the end of the day with 45596 Bahamas running some 80" late arriving at Williton with a full maroon rake in gorgeous light.
